1. SPONSOR: Fandango, Inc., 12200 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 150, Los Angeles, CA 90064, who is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

2. ENTRY: You may enter this Sweepstakes during the period commencing at 10:30 P.M., June 1, and ending at 6:00 P.M., July 16, 2007 (“Term”) in one of two (2) ways. For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”), all times and days are Pacific Daylight Time.

(a) ONLINE ENTRY; To enter online, visit the website at www.fandango.com/summermovies (“Website”), enter your name and e-mail address (“Address”) and click “Submit” (“Online Entry”). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address. To do so, e-mail marketing@fandano.com with your name and your new e-mail address.

(b) MAIL ENTRY: Hand print your full name, Address (e-mail) and birth date on a standard-size postage prepaid postcard, and mail it to: Fandango’s Summer Spotlight Ratatouille Sweepstakes Entries, c/o Fandango, Inc., 12200 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 150, Los Angeles, CA 90064 (“Mail Entry”).

“Entry” shall mean and refer to each Online and Mail Entry.

3. LIMITATIONS: All Online Entries must be received by 6:00 P.M., July 16, 2007; and all Mail Entries must be postmarked by 6:00 P.M., July 16, and received by July 23, 2007. Only one Entry per person/Address per week during the Term (total of ten), regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Online Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to persons over the age of 18 who have access to the Internet and a computer printer during the Term and the subsequent prize-award period and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”). Employees of Sponsor, The Walt Disney Company and Northwest Airlines/NWA WorldVacations (“Prize Provider”); their respective parent, subsidiary, associated and affiliated companies; the advertising, promotional and fulfillment agencies of each of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”); members of their households and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) are ineligible. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, illegible, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, mutilated, non-delivered, postage-due, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.

4. PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A seven (7) day / six (6) night trip for two (2) to Paris, France (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements: [1] round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between the Prize Provider’s airport of origin near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport in or near Paris and [2] hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one standard room) for six (6) nights. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, ground transportation in Paris, travel insurance, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval, and Trip must be completed by August 1, 2008. Approximate retail value: $4,500, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by September 1, 2007, after which no alternate winner will be selected, nor unclaimed prize awarded.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes will be conducted during the Term. On or about July 23, 2007, in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor, the potential winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail on or about July 30, 2007. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its mailing; [2] the return of any notice as undeliverable; [3] potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with a winning Online Entry; [4] potential winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days after its mailing; [5] potential winner’s failure to be available to complete the Trip by August 1, 2008; [6] potential winner’s failure to validly claim the prize by September 1, 2007 and [7] any other non-compliance with Rules. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; and guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Guest may not be a minor unless the winner is his/her parent/legal guardian. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize. 7. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to the Fandango Privacy Policy, located at www.fandango.com/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. In addition, you agree to receive information from NWA WorldVacations, and you grant Fandango permission to share your email address and other registration information with NWA WorldVacations so that you may receive information that might be of interest to you. You agree that NWA WorldVacations may use your Address and registration information in a manner consistent with the terms of the NWA WorldVacations privacy policy, located at http://www.nwaworldvacations.com/misc/privacypolicy.do. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above policies.

8. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she will be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects; [2] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] the Releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [4] winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner, except where prohibited by law; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select a winner by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable, and in the event the Trip has already commenced, to terminate the Trip and return the winner and guest to the airport of origin as soon as reasonably possible; [6] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the winner; [7] any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited; [8] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason and [9] Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such potential Entries; (c) violating the Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
